Can walk 6–9 miles outdoors in all kinds of weather and still be positive, friendly, and professional
What you’ll do:
Lead walking tours through Chicago neighborhoods centered around fun and ice cream
Welcome guests, share stories about the city’s ice cream scene, describe important fun facts about Chicago, explain historical aspects of the areas being visited, and make every stop memorable
Build and maintain the best relationships with guests, teammates, and our local business partners
Represent Ice Cream Sunshine with kindness, professionalism, and — always — good vibes
The details:
Public tours are Thursday–Sunday plus we offer private tours 7 days a week.
Each tour is approximately a 3-hour commitment (including prep time)
Pay: $50 per tour + gratuity from guests + bonus potential
1099 independent contractor position
References and background check required before your first tour
We check references and conduct a background check prior to joining the team.
